Porcelain Fused to Metal
Artisan Dental Ceramics has been leading the way in producing Porcelain fused to metal restorations.The PFM crown is a tried and trusted restoration that offers reliability and strength with optimal aesthetics achieved by using clever techniques and using premium ceramic material. We use only the finest ceramic 'dsign' which is a fluroapatite leucite glass ceramic.

 

 

 

EMAX
Artisan Dental Ceramics  was one of the first dental laboratories in Australia to trail and offer IPS emax as a restoration. IPS emax is a lithium disilicate pressed ceramic that has a flexural strength of between 360 and 400 mpa and can achieve optimal aesthetics with strength. With the global shift towards metal free ceramics, emax offers a variety off indications from veneers, full crowns, bridges and implants. The IPS emax system has a solution for all situations. Emax is the market leader world wide and Artisan Dental Ceramics is proud to be part of the all ceramic revolution.

 

 

IMPLANTS
Artisan Dental Ceramics has forged a reputation of restoring implants that is second to none. We work with all the implant systems that are available on the market and specialize in the manufacture of custom made abutments. Custom abutments allows us to control the emergence profile of the restoration from the head of the implant fixture creating optimal gingival profiles for the crown. Custom abutments can be manufactured in either Zirconia emax or high gold alloy depending on the indication and individual preferences.

 

 

GOLD CROWNS
Artisan Dental Ceramics has set the standard in gold crown and still they are a popular restoration due to the long term durability and excellent biocompatability the material has. We manufacture all types of gold restorations from single crowns, inlays and bridges.

 

 

ZIRCONIA
Artisan Dental Ceramics uses zirconia in certain indications where optimal strength or masking of a grey/black underlying tooth is apparant. The Zirconia frame has a strength of 1200mpa and offers excellent biocompatability and aesthetics. Zirconia frames are layered with emax ceram creating optimal aesthteics with a super strong core.
